Tyler Hoffman’s racing background and experiences encompass multiple driving disciplines, ranging from on and off-road racing, incorporating both two and four wheels. Initially, it all began on two wheels, competing at the national level by the age of 7, and continuing on through high school. Early successes invited new challenges. Following the family’s footsteps, lead the progression toward four wheels, introducing karting, autocross, track days and off-road rally racing during the teenage years. During this period, Hoffman began instructing, primarily with children, teaching the fundamentals of karting. Shortly after, he went on to road racing sports cars and prototype formula cars, while advancing his education. During this time, Tyler continued to develop his coaching & instruction skills through high utilization telemetry, data analysis, and in-car feedback.
Conjoining education, racing, and work experiences, Hoffman has developed a variety of differentiating skills. Outlined by leadership, operations, and management experience, complemented with an education in business marketing, and a background of racing analytics, mechanics, and engineering has enabled a united but unique skill set.
